Meg Seidman, MS, LMHC

Meg Seidman is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) specializing in treating acute and developmental trauma. Meg has extensive training in advanced clinical modalities including EMDR, NeuroAffective Relational Model® (NARM®), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Her primary focus is treating individuals suffering from PTSD and symptoms stemming from complex trauma, addiction, personality disorders, mood disorders, family systems issues, and LGBTQ+ issues. Meg provides individual counseling, couples counseling, family therapy, and group therapy.

Her previous experience includes working in a world-renowned behavioral health facility specializing in the treatment of addiction and co-occurring disorders, working in both acute mental health and community mental health settings, and facilitating psychoeducational and trauma/grief groups in the West Palm school district.

Meg graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and then went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.

Meg is passionate about providing individualized services to clients in order to help them rise from their darkest moments to find hope and healing.
